The retail center known as Green Valley Plaza required the redevelopment of an abandon single tenant retail space into five independent new tenant spaces varying in size. The project incorporates complete reconstruction of the building exterior commercial facade and a 6,000 sf tenant fit-out design for the owner, Stereo Barn. The building facade redesign creates flexibility for future tenant occupancy and varying combinations of tenant floor space requirements.
