Exterior renovations and comprehensive interior redesign were required for the one-story private office building built in 1983. The new interior environment incorporates a multi-zone HVAC system, high efficiency lighting, wall/ceiling/floor finishes, doors and hardware, and furniture and furnishings. Herman Miller Systems and Studio furniture interfaces with custom furniture and doors in matched and sequenced, rift sawn, white oak veneer and solid oak wood components. The project was constructed with the owner occupying portions of the office during three phases of construction. The space is home to Walnut Street Associates and the Colonial Oaks Foundation.
