Engaged to provide a conceptual design for a small condominium development, K&KA proposed three connected 3-story walk-up units with individual elevators for each. Located alongside the Tidewater Marina, the design features a staggered private deck layout that takes advantage of the views afforded by their siting at the mouth of the Susquehanna River and Chesapeake Bay. The floors at grade are designed with poured concrete walls and the living spaces above are articulated with stained cedar siding.
