Born in Malverne, NY, Ms. Laughlin is a graduate of Hempfield High School in Lancaster. After graduating from Millersville University with a degree in History, Ms. Laughlin joined Levengood Hammel in 1989 as a Production Assistant. She then transitioned to the position of Business Manager at Levengood Kautter. When the firm restructured in 1999, Ms. Laughlin became a founding shareholder and currently assumes the roles of Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.
In her position as Business Manager with K&KA, Ms. Laughlin oversees all business aspects of the firm including office administration, marketing, insurance administration, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable. She is responsible for PA PDE PlanCon and Department of General Services documentation requirements and records. Additionally, she provides project budgeting and time management coordination, owner supplied data coordination, submittals management and distribution, and all project archival requirements.
