The World Electronics corporate headquarters is home to a family owned and operated business producing printed circuit boards for the elevator industry. Having provided construction documentation for Phase I of this multi-phase project, K&KA was engaged to design the second phase administrative office and technology/electronics production area expansion. The distinctive arcing exterior stucco wall and blue colored insulated steel wall panels accentuate the Phase II addition. The addition incorporates private and open office areas, conference rooms, secondary lobby space, and expansion of the production area. Quality control and testing operations are visible from an observation corridor that is shared with the sales offices. K&KA provided Herman Miller Systems and Studio furniture selection and procurement for the project.
